Fixing longer studs

Ok, I've the longer studs. How hard its to put this in the car? Can I do it myself or Ill go to ford? :-?

easy as 1 2 3

tap them out with a hammer from the front. obviously with the wheel off, or if there on the back, take ur drums off and tap them out.
