clutch is the same matey think its 220mm or maybe 240mm im sure you will need a efi cvh flywheel and drill out the bollt holes out for the zetec crank or you could buy a 1800 efi zetec flywheel ,,,,what is the gearbox you are using

You need an iB5 specific clutch. Most are 210 or 215mm, but for a short time some 220mm iB5 clutches were available, which is what I use with my iB5 box. Do not mix and match the pressure plate with the release bearing as they're different between BC and iB5 boxes. The BC release bearing will not fit an iB5 box and an iB5 release bearing will just flop about in a BC box  The BC release bearing has a round bearing surface and is designed to work with flat pressure plate fingers, while the iB5 bearing has a flat surface and is designed to work with rounded fingers.

The 1.8 flywheel will be fine if it was from an engine mated to an iB5 or BC box (i.e. the flywheel accepts a 220mm or smaller clutch), but if it was from an MTX75 car, the flywheel will be no good to you as they're designed for a 240mm clutch. The flywheels are noticeably different to look at.

As Mikey says, you can use an EFi CVH flywheel which needs the bolt holes drilling out to 11mm, but a standard non-MTX75 Zetec one will be fine :)

Yeah, a 1.6 Zetec one from a Fiesta or Escort will be spot on! A 105 or 115PS 1.8 Zetec Escort one will be the same. It's only the 130PS ones that were larger.

MK1 black top - can't help. 2.0s were MTX I believe, but without looking it up, I can't say on the 1.8s. Pretty sure they used an iB5 box, but no idea on the flywheel differences.
