Focus Inlet Queries

Postby scotty_boy on Wed May 25, 2005 2:51 pm

How hard is it to fit the 2litre Focus inlet onto the 2litre silver top zetecs? i've heard it flows far better than the 1.6/1.8 effort. would you use the focus throttle body and such and is the fuel rails and that ok? finally how do the sensors cope with the change?

Not overly sure on the whole thing, so if someone could shed some light on the subject it would be much appriciated :)

Cheers

Scott

im fairly sure it fouls the brake bar on fiestas unless you move the engine forwards - A mate of mines 2.0 zetec install retained this and a whole host of cobbling was done to move the engine so it would clear.
