Max - As Steve said, that was at our local drag strip. http://www.streetnights.com.

Ian - I've tried getting in touch a couple of times over these last few weeks to discuss the Focus, have you had any PMs or emails from me?

jos310581 - Yep, I made the 295 mile move back in the second week of August, a great decision I certainly don't regret! The place is getting better and better with every day, it'll soon be ready for the mags to come in with their cameras to spread the word far and wide :) Thanks!

Good to see the website up and running.

Do you offer a 'setting-up' service if it is found that a car is running rich/lean. Reason I ask is that I would like to get my FRST running optimally after I service it in a few weeks.

Ian - Cheers dude, for all the right reasons, I hope you never do come back! Seems you're having a good time down there!

Grant - Nice one, I'll see one of your FWD or RWD cars, or botormike some time then! ;)

Mr Enjin - We do indeed :) A set-up is £125, and includes a cylinder compression test as well as checking and adjusting fuel and boost pressures. You can get in touch via PM, phone or email, just check the website when the time comes and get in contact in whichever suits you best! :)

Cheers for that Max!

You can find us at http://www.for-tunepve.co.uk and http://www.for-tunepve.com, contact details and pricing are on there, more content will be added in the future :)

I actually thought the £40 odd was cheap for the type of business it is, if you've ever had an engine built by a pro or know of someone then you will relise reality about labour charges, 10 years ago i had a near race spec cvh built by collins and the complete build came in at just shy of £3k and my mate YB came in at £6k, i would say 65% was labour charge :aaah: .

Warranty Direct :
Ten least expensive regions by hourly rates
1 Fife £55.40
2 Pembrokeshire £56.83
3 Angus £57.98
4 Aberdeenshire £58.94
5 Highland £60.01
6 Lancashire £61.67
7 Cumbria £62.44 - I will say run of the mill garages in cumbria don't charge that - main dealer only
8 Northumberland £62.49
9 Cornwall £62.68
10 Perth & Kinross £62.88

dawsfezzie - That depends on what you need doing! Drop one of us an email if you do want some work doing, detailling exactly what it is you need doing :)

Mr Brammer - Cheers :) Pics and vids will certainly come, we have a few half-decent photo's to put on there now, and will get more videos in the near future. Thanks for the support.

Announcement

Do we have many Redline magazine readers in here? Look out for us in the issue released on December 15th, as we conducted the Honda Civic Type R air filter comparison test for them, and will probably get involved in future tests of a similar nature :)

Ah so that was why you needed my reg!
I didn't realise you were doing a test on air filters. I use the K&N panel as I didn't want to replace the standard panel filter. Not sure if I can feel much difference. Does this test try out some induction kits?

PS. If I buy a copy can I get it signed?

Mike - We were testing air filters only, though the car owner had an AEM induction kit on there as it happened, so we threw that into the test as well. And of course I'll sign a copy of the issue, just for you babe! ;) I've just remembered I had a text from you when I was half-asleep. Can't say I know what exhaust systems work best on the ZS, but having the stock tailpipe welded on is always an option. Good luck judging whether or not it's level or not - that oval is most confusing on the eyes!

Mr Stig - Tidy indeed ;)

Update

I've put a few photo's in a gallery, but the format will be changing soon, so they're not in a big long line! I've also stuck a links page in to support the forums/companies we see fit :)

I'll have to remember to buy a copy and save it for the autograph, cheers buster! :aviator:

Lol at forgetting the text. I have decided to leave it at the moment and wait for MOT time. Yes, welding the tailpipe on is a serious option, and no, I won't be mucking it up! I got good eyes you know!

(Just looked at website for first time, nice work :aviator: )

P.S. If you get a show/demo car next year for some shows then don't hesitate to ask me to give it a bit of polish  :)

This gives a fairly good impression of the sound, I think..
