Stand pass holders are advised to arrive before 9am, traffic entering the circuit from 8:30 onwards gets beyond ridiculous. If you arrive after then, expect to park up on the stand closer to 11am!

*A limited number of stand passes may be available after the deadline at a cost of £3 each.

Ground Rules:

- With each ticket you MUST enclose your name, address, car registration number and a mobile contact number which is only used if there are any problems either with tickets or at the show. These details will remain private and only used if absolutely necessary by whoever is on-site (either Tweek, Chris 2i, Sheriff Burman, hb69)

- Always remember you are representing FiestaTurbo.com, any bad behaviour or dangerous driving ends up affecting the club. Please drive carefully and with respect both on-site and in the surrounding areas. This means no speeding, burnouts, doughnuts or any other form of dangerous driving. Any member reported performing such acts will have their car and username banned from further ticket purchases.

- After arriving on a show stand, please contact one of the stand organisers before parking and before walking away from the area. This is to make sure your car isn't going to interfere with anybody else and also help make the stand look as attractive as possible. Failing to do so may result in you being called back to the stand, if this isn't possible we will consider it non-compliance to show rules

- All stands will offer a "first come - first served" arrangement. If you arrive late, don't expect to have a prominent position. Adding to this, there may be occasions where a "centre-piece" is featured. This will again be created with the first available cars.

- When leaving a show, please take any litter you have to a bin, if there isn't one, take it with you.

- Finally, we are a community. Take time to meet new faces from the forums and enjoy the day.

Hi guys, the setup for clubs going to Ford Fair has changed a little bit. I am basically forwarding the letter I have received to you on here so please read the below and let me know of any queries! Apologies but they're just getting a bit anal now.


Stand Passes
They are no longer A4 paper passes, they are now blue hangers that MUST be displayed, hanging from the rear view mirror upon arrival and MUST remain there for the entire day. They're pretty thick and a bit more fraud-proof. They are also being checked apparently and if you're caught passing it on, you get kicked out

Almost everyone has provided a registration number to me. Please let me know ASAP, that means within the next few hours, not days, if yours has changed or you no longer require your stand pass!


Arrival Times
The organisers have stated that all displaying vehicles must be parked on stand before 8:30am now as opposed to 9:00am. We all know this will be impossible but bear it in mind if you're normally a late arrival. The earliest is 6:30am. I really do expect entrance queue times to increase this year, mostly down to people arriving without reg numbers on their passes, please bear this in mind too.


Stand Position
Almost identical to last year but on the opposite side of the road, area B19. Enclosed with your tickets you will receive a map of where the area is and directions. It is very easy to find though.




Oh, you also get a nice Ford Fair sticker now, woop. Sample of what you will receive above.

Mate, the stand pass WAS POSTED out to you on the 16th July! All envelopes were posted out at exactly the same time and as far as I know everybody else received theres and nobody else has contacted me to say so. I have a receipt that acknowledges the amount of letters sent out too. You should have contacted me ASAP to tell me it wasn't there! All "standard postage" items are sent out 1st class, it's pretty obvious from the ticket thread when I received the passes and when they were going out, to leave it over 2 weeks without receiving it and then to miss the show isn't really my fault is it?

For you to accuse me of "taking the piss" via PM offends me to no end. Anybody and everybody on this website knows how passionate I am in creating club stands and I put a shed load of hard work into making sure everything goes to plan!

Why the hell should I refund you with this attitude when I'm more than 100% certain this was posted and you then send me a stroppy PM accusing me of not even sending it? I even reserved a space on the stand anticipating your arrival too, ask the others!

I know for a fact they ALL got posted... why did you not contact Tweek before hand asking the where abouts your ticket was rather than waiting after the show had finished and to send a bitter PM I just read myself to Tweek?!

Why didn't you contact Wayne saying it hadn't arrived yet? He could have sorted something out if you'd have let him know.

The fact of the matter here is that Wayne is a highly trusted member of the forum. He works damn hard to arrange these shows and isn't in the business of ripping people off.

I suppose he was tempted to steal the large sum of £3 from you, but anyone who knows him knows he just wouldn't do it. Not even if it was £3000...

You'd have a good argument if Wayne was known for this, but a little reading back through the threads he's posted in will provide you with enough information to trust him with £3 of your hard earned cash.

Way to make yourself look like a fool.
