Ford fiesta ghia 1600 zetec. 58,000miles breaking.

Just joined the forum, but have been a fiesta owner/restorer for many years, previous to that i restored and owned MK1 escorts.
I have a collection of MK 3 fiestas at present, plus a garage full of spares,and have decided to thin it out a bit!!
For sale is the following:
1995 "M" REG FORD FIESTA MK3 GHIA. RARE 1600 ZETEC ENGINE. ONLY DONE 58,000 MILES FROM NEW. THE CAR IS TOTALLY COMPLETE AND DRIVES LIKE A NEW CAR, BUT........I BOUGHT IT A YEAR AGO TO RESTORE, AND ITS JUST SAT IN MY GARAGE SINCE. ITS RUSTY UNDERNEATH, NEEDS A LOT OF WELDING AROUND THE REAR AXLE HANGER POINTS, INNER AND OUTER REAR ARCHES, SOME HOLES IN THE FLOOR AND UNDER THE SILLS AND FINALLY THE REAR VALLANCE IS ROTTON. OTHER THAN THAT, ITS GOT PERFECT BODYWORK, NO RUST ON THE PANELS, DOORS, ETC. INTERIOR IS SPOTLESS, ENGINE AND BOX ARE TOTALLY FAULTLESS AND THE ENGINE HAD CAMBELT AND TENSIONER RENEWED AT 54,000 AND PLUGS/POINTS/LEADS ETC WERE REPLACED AT 41,000 MILES.
BEING THE 1600 GHIA, IT IS QUITE A RARE FIESTA, FITTED WITH THE ZETEC FROM FACTORY. FULL GHIA EXTRAS, ELECTRIC WINDOWS, REMOTE LOCKS AND BOOT RELEASE,SUNROOF,POWER STEERING, TINTED GLASS.
AS I SAID, ITS MECHANICS ARE GREAT, JUST POOR UNDERNEATH BUT NOT IRREPAIRABLE. COULD BE THE BEST OPTION IS TO RE SHELL IT. BASICALLY YOU HAVE A FIESTA SI, WITH THE SAME PERFORMANCE, BUT LITTLE EXTRAS!

IM LOOKING FOR SENSIBLE OFFERS, OTHERWISE ILL BREAK IT AND USE THE RUNNING GEAR IN MY LITTLE 1.1XL.
I ALSO HAVE A 1992 MK3 1.1XL WITH VERY LOW MILES(25,000) ONE OWNER FROM NEW, IN JAVA BLUE METTALIC. FULL SERVICE AND REALLY NICE LITTLE CAR. ALLOYS, GOOD TYRES, NEW EXHAUST,PLUGS, AND OIL/FILTERS.
JUST GONE THROUGH NEW MOT( NOTHIN G FAILED AND NO ADVISORIES!)
THIS CAR WAS LAST ON THE ROAD IN 2004 AND HAS BEEN STORED SINCE THEN, AND IS A GREAT FIRST CAR OR COLLECTORS AS IT IS THE EARLY MK3 MODEL.
HAS A FEW EXTRAS FITTED, RS MK3 STEERING WHEEL, ALLOYS, SUNROOF. DRIVES SPOT ON AND READY TO GO.
