I need some help please, got to fit new wishbones looked in the hanyes book it says to use the "torque-to-yeild method" (up to 50Nm then slacken right off, back up to 50Nm then through 90 degrees) is this needed? my mate just tighten his up as far as they would go and he aint had no probs ???

If you have access to a turque wrench then I'd follow the guide, otherwise ensure you have them tight using a reasonable lenght bar, say 50cm long.
