frony bumper nightmare please help

anyone now how to cut the bumper on my 2i so i can japr stlyee it with mesh been told there is ways to cut it so it doesnt flex and fail mot

help as i have no idea on lingo or how to do it

Can I poke a pin in here and recommend you splash out on a Fibresports GRP copy - GRP is easier to cut about and stick with GRP resin, etc.
