FRST Air Box

Need a certain part or accessory?

Has anybody got A FRST air box with all fixings they no longer want, i wanna go back to panel filter and modded air box instead of my cone filter.

sorry to stick my nose in but why you going back to air box from a cone filter as i'm looking to go other way but as i've never had cone filter was curious why ? what's the problems with cone filters ?

No probs mate, just fancy a change really, the induction kit i have got is a bit old and needs replacing anyway.
From previous experience of air filters and induction kits, air filters give a smoother ride and dont feel as lumpy but dont sound as nice.
Its just personal preference really, i intend drilling some holes in the air box to make it louder and putting a performance air filter in there as well.

I must admit i might down that route aswell with a replacment panel + more holes ( i've been told that drilling holes in the underside of the air box is best ?) i suppose because then it still looks standard but isnt ?

Iv got a air box with a k+n panel filter in it,do you need the intake pipe too?
