FRST brake problem Help!!
I am just getting my car going after 12 years in storage. I have replaces both calipers, rear cylinders, flushed fluid etc.
Tried to bleed and all OK except drivers rear, pedal foes stiff when bleeding. Bleeds OK, plenty of fluid but press brake pedal and nothing.
With engine running pedal is nearly to the floor and doesn't really work.
The car has ABS , have replaced all ABS pipes and bled the actuators.
Can anyone shed any light please.
Thanks.

Re: FRST brake problem Help!!
might be the rear load sensing valves under the car.
If you bleed the system with the car jacked up you might not have bled the rear properly.
Or they are just f**cked sitting still 12 years.
(Just had to replace my rear brakes after 13 years of storage, but the load valves were still OK, so you'd have to test).

Re: FRST brake problem Help!!
As Joris said matey those valves are a pain in the b4ll5 If I remember correctly your supposed to bleed the rears with it at normal ride height as having her jacked up doesnt allow the system to bleed properly, and you may need to do it quite a few times cos very rarely does it work 1st time round, tho I used a pressurised bleed kit & it worked a treat..........but that dreaded ABS is in the bin where it should always have been cos its useless lol
