some people say upto 200bhp, i killed mine with the std frst power. i have an AP racing clutch, non papplde on there. is rated to about 230 bhp
anything above that i would use the paddle for.
personally i'd go for an alcon 6 paddle as opposed to the ap racing 4 paddle

Standard FRST clutch up to 160bhp or so.
Organic AP clutch up to around 190/210bhp.
AP 4 paddle should go close to 300bhp I think, possibly over.
Once you close in on 200bhp you need to be very careful about what you select. The Alcon 6 paddles can't handle a great deal of power without slipping, the AP 4 paddle handles loads but is an acquired taste (i.e. no good in stop/start traffic) and the organic AP clutch (the clutch Tony's talking about) starts letting go as well.

I will be aiming for the 200bhp mark and i dont want to have to keep changing my clutch as the power increases so it seems i would be best with a 4 paddle clutch.
The only thing is ive heard there a nightmare to drive with in traffic as you stated heeman
I suppose theres no other option for an easy to use in traffic clutch that will happily handle 200bhp

Look into the Helix 4 paddle..they may do a 6 paddle as well. The AP 4 paddle really just needs you to get up and go, though it can be slipped for a while.

I have an AP 4 paddle clutch in mine and I really like it I would never use anyother clutch. It has good pedal feel and I use my car every day.Only prob you may have is that it won't lift high enough so you may have to mod your pedal or it will make it hard to get in gear especialy reverse.

My organic AP was slipping @ 205bhp in 5th gear, have gone back to a paddle now just to be on the safe side. Wont be driving it everyday so the clutch will be ok.

Twin Plate or a decent Organic with stand up to 250 bhp pending on which box you have attached to the engine If possible 6 paddle

Twin plate's a bit excessive for 250bhp! And I haven't seen an organic ring plate clutch that will take 250bhp
