FRST DRIVERS SIDE WING ?
Hello All.
Thinking of replacing my Frst drivers side wing . Question, Are all mk3 fiesta wings all the same ?
I know the indicator hole is slightly different for the square and oval indicators.
But are they all the same eg standard fiesta, Rs, xr2i.
Also can anyone recommend a good quality pattern part wing maker.
Would like to get as close to the original ford wing as possible, as I have found out in the past some cheap pattern parts panels are S--t.
Any help much appreciated. Colin.

Re: FRST DRIVERS SIDE WING ?
There are a few wierd things with genuine panels I've found. First off where the wing spot welds to the slam panel, Ford cut them straight. As you look into the engine bay, they should follow a line round onto the slam panel so the last two I've fitted, I had to modify them to look genuine! they also don't fit very well but this is probably due to poor storage really. I've seen pattern wings with the correct line and fit no worse than genuine so really (for me anyway) is a bit of a crab shoot lol
Other than that, frst and xr2i are the same as they have holes for the bodykit and standard wings just don't have holes. And obviously the indicator holes as you've pointed out
Some pics if you see what I mean. Scroll down to the third set of pics

Thanks Andy for the info.
The holes for the kit can easily be done if that is all the difference is from a standard wing.
Can you recommend a good make of wing panel. I have been told Hadrian are near as ford you can get at half the price. Thanks Again. Colin.
