i have modified my zetec fuel rail rail to except the frst injectors and fuel pressure regulator dead easy very straight forward just need a lot of paitents.remove the zetec injectors and fuel connectors and regulator tap the 2 fuel rail mounts stick to bolts in and alloy weld a little tab over the top of the hole were the old fuel reg used to sit slot the new fuel rail in and strap it down using to copper brackets or anything u like to hold it down.ive done it all i need to do now is tommorow to go to the engineers an have the alloy plate welded over the old fuel reg place.ive done a test fit and all is good.i can get pics if any body is interested .been thinking about this mod for a few months now. :)oh and i forgot somthing you need to mount the iscv on the back of the inlet for the extra space and plate the front up where the iscv used to sit.

Have been thinking of something along similar lines, I was looking at fiting the frst fuel rail to the zetec manifold looks like u just need to fabricate 2 brackets as the mounting points r very different?
