FRST gearbox and clutch

What is the standard FRST gearbox and clutch good for power wise? Anyone had any probs?

With around 175 bhp and 82,000 miles on the clock ive had no probs/noises etc from the box and ive had one new standard clutch fitted since ive owned the car(bought on 52k miles) :)

around 175bhp at flywheel should be ok, my clutch and gearbox lasted 4 years with that power
