hiya guys and gals im just wanting to know if you could help me out, im wanting to know if its ok to run a frst with a t3 turbo using a standard frst intercooler, it will only be for a short while as i am going to be saving for a front mount but due to being laid off it has kinda put things on hold cheers guys

yeah, no reason why not. dont go mad boost pressure wise though!

the FRST is actually slightly larger than the ERST one, so willbe fine to use mate :)
