Hiya all,
Dose anyone have an idea of what the valve angels ( inlet and outlet) should be for a stage three head? Or a site that tells me?

Most heads would have 3 seats at 30, 45 and 60 degrees and the next step would be 2 additional cuts at 15 and 75 degrees (but IMHO thats chasing things for the ultimate). That said it's the width of the seats that can have the most effect on performance and the type of valves you run will often dictate how small a seat you can use.

There is a lot more to a head than just the seats though and a read of Dave Vizards book or the Peter Burgess/David Gollan Speedpro book would help.
