FRST suspension ride height difference?
I've found a set of FRST shocks with -30/35mm springs on. I'm looking for lots of individual opinions, as I want to know how much lower this will make a standard Mk3? I've been told that FRST suspension is 1.25 inches lower than Mk3s, so the extra 30/35mm drop would be pushing it to a -60mm or more drop, which is far more than I want. Please, any ideas/wonderings would help me!

Project ST2000 :chumkila :FRST's and RS1800 sit 25mm lower than the std XR2i and other Fez models.
I thought all Zetecs had lowered springs?
The XR2i and the RS1800 are the same height as the 2i 8v. Only the FRST is lower.

You sure Adrian?? I've had my car parked against a XR2i and it was noticably lower when it had the std suspension.

All the standard XR2i 8v i see seem to be really high at the back.
16v Xr2i and RS1800's seem to be the same height, they look lower than the 8v to me.
Not sure how much lower the turbo is at the front, but turbos are 1 inch lower at the back than any other Fiesta, when looking at one from the side, you notice they don't sit level like other fez's.

Errr, don't the 16v's have 14" wheels? I know it would be more of an optical illusion but that would make the arch gap seem a bit smaller.
End of the day though this is a moot point cos aftermarket lowering springs (usually) do the job just as well
