Frst timing adjustment

Hi can anyone help plz how do u u adjustt the timing on a mk3rst fiesta mines high low reving on tick over and staying high revs on gear change plz sum1 gis a clue :D

sounds more like a air leak or a throttle position sensor that needs changing :)

As jon says, could also be down to a bad TPS
Clean the iscv out too

As for the timing, unless you ft a adjustable pulley on it you set the timing up to the marks on the head and the mark on the bottom cover, after that the ECU will advance or retard the timing as needed
