I've been told that the fuel pressure regulator on the injected Fiestas has and anti-tamper cap, which is quite easily removed, so the fuel pressure can be adjusted, hence why woud you need a FSE valve?

Can anyone confirm whether this is the case.

Is the 'advantage' of them a quicker pick up time though and not a higher pressure?

I got one for sale actually mate if you want to make me a decent offer for it.

I believe that they (both standard Ford and FSE) improve the pick up by increasing the fuel pressure in the rail, but please shoot me down in flames if I'm wrong.

Also I would highly recommend that you do not touch it yourself, unless you know what you are doing. You could cause the engine to run too lean/rich, either way it could damage the engine.
