hi all

i have a fuel pressure power boost valve for my xr2i, aparently it increases throttle resposnes etc etc

are these a gimic, can real gains be made, is it worth putting on?

Completely pointless, the 1.6cvh inlet is fitted with an adjustable pressure regulator as standard. Its on the end of the fuel rail, if its not been messed with it will have a small cover over the adjuster. Power boost valves tend to cause more setup issues or just get fitted and are never setup.

brilliant thanks mate, i will hold fire atm then. im planning on getting a cam and a few other bits, then getting the car porperly set up. ill inquite further into it then.
