Right, something I've always wanted to do is London on New Years Eve,

I've looked up B&Bs and if we book (very) early I can get rooms for £59 (doubles,twins, singles) per room.

Plans are something like; meet up in the afternoon, go out on the town enjoy NYE in London, watch the fireworks at midnight, party on as long as we want, get up the following day and do some sight seeing

Now to start with I just want an idea of numbers, and then book the rooms at the end of January, if anybody else wants to join us during the year the more the merrier, but you will need to book your own rooms, I will give the details of the hotel once I've book the initial rooms. The rooms will need to be paid in full, You can either pay me and I'll do a block booking or I will let you have the hotel details and you can do it yourselves.

Parking needs to be looked at, it may be worth leaving cars on the outskirts of London and then tubing in, there is parking near the hotel, I'll put the prices of this up later.

NYE in London is really good, I went a few years ago and thought it was really good. You would have to tube it in or something, driving round london on nye is near on impossible, most of the roads are closed and you just get stuck going in a circle.

Night out in london on nye isnt cheap either, i remember going to a club, cost mega to get in, a bottle of water was £7! I think vodka and coke was like near on £20. So yeah

I could be up for it, I have already spoken to people about doing it next new year so this could be an option too.
