Pump goes to fuel filter and from fuel filter the fuel lne ends on the end of the fuel rail. You can install the fuel filter where ver it is convenient for your modification, as long it is in betwen the fuel pump ant the rail. The fuel return line starts from the fuel regulator base and ends in the fuel tank.
