Hi I've fitted a new fuel system to my frst I've fitted alloy tank high flow filter lift pump to swirl pot bosch 044 pump all brand new all with Teflon stainless steel braided hose with a sard fuel pressure regulator, when running the gauge on the regulator flickers a bit and flickers up and down even more when tap the throttle is this right? The gauge is just a cheap thing not liquid filled or anything could it just be a s**t gauge??
Cheers

Is it flickering a lot?If not, then it is normal for a dry gauge, although you can't be sure wtf value it shows if you catch me  .Types filled with glycerine do the same when they are almost empty. If you fill them up,then they stop flickering.I have installed one from a company called "wika" which is considered from the most accurate,at least here in the UK and when it is almost empty it flickers even on tick off.
