Fuel pressure regulator help and melted inj fuse
My frst is over fueling like mad. Ive assumed its either the fpr or ect sensor at the bk of the inlet. When i take the fuel return pipe off the back of fuel pressure regulator its bone dry. I have tried turning it up and down but still nothing. I think its faulty but just want somebody else to comfirm it or any ideas. Also the 20amp inj fuse keeps melting in my fuse box but not blowing? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

I think I would take the return line off and put a pipe on it to a petrol can, a clear pipe would be better so you can see if fuel comes out.
Now I always advise people to leave the FPR alone unless you have a gas analyser incase you set it to rich or too lean, but seeing as you have played with yours already all I can say is take note of where its set now, then get the pressure checked and set somewhere with a machine when the fault is sorted.
Put the pipe on as I said above, with the engine running adjust the regulator about to see if you get anything, if you get nothing with it set high or low I think I would advise changing it.
Norm I would say about putting a fuel pressure gauge on and trying to adjust the pressure etc but I assume you don't have one so you can't do that.
The 20 amp fuse that's melting, 4th from the right top row yeah? If so that's the fuel pump fuse, and if the regulator isn't allowing fuel to return then the pumps trying to push fuel at a pressure higher then it should, so will draw more current through the fuse, more current, more temp and melting.
I would suggest sorting this fairly soon as it will kill the pump in the long run, or worst case, cause something to melt to the point it cost money or even worse, a fire
