Fuel pump keep's priming
It happends when the key is clicked forward one when left like that every so often the pump prime's and it's run's like a dog the engine has just gone back in when you put your foot down car's ok untill you take your foot off then cut's out i've taken out the chip and try new pump relay no joy

Check the nevative pole on the battery.
When working on the car for so long, ppl tend to have the negative pole loss so that they can plug it and unplug it by hand without any tool. This will loss even more the plug giving bad earth to the car.
I experience even the central locking going nuts!!!
Check it mate and see if your problem is sorted.
