whats the maximum bhp that a fiesta xr2i fuel pump is ok for before you need to upgrade?

What are you doing with it? If you are keeping it n/a it should cope with virtually whatever you throw at it.

im going 2 litre zetec on throttle bodys which wont be big power in the beggining but will be tuned for increased power as time goes on and i was just wondering what bhp the standard pump is capable of

I would speak to a tuner that knows about throttle bodies in all honesty mate as I've not tinkered with them so don't want to give you duff info
