full width intercoolers - grs or pace?
as ive just done the bumper cut out on my erst i want to drop a full width i/c in there but dont know which one to get. i know most peeps on here dirve fiestas but the passion for d lot didnt even reply to my post on there so thought id try you guys.
the pace i/c comes with twin fans, silicone hose and charge carrier and weighs in at £535
where as the evo model from grs doesnt come with anything but the do offer you a discount on one of there slimline fans but costs less than half the price of the pace jobby weighing in at just £265.
i fancy the grs as its so much cheaper but is it cheaper for a reason? like its $hit? any help mucho appreciated! cheers...jonny

I've had a GRS rad and IC made up from Graham at GRS
I whole heartidly recommend the guy and his products. He does it to make a living for himself, unlike Pace who does it to bring in profits for the company
His will just be better value for money and will probably work just as well or better!

I have a GRS EVO on my Escort RS.
Its well built and does the job great.
A good mate of mine has just got the Pace i/c.
The pace is slightly larger than the GRS but is slightly slimmer.
Also the GRS is a twin pace and the Pace only a single pass.
Also the GRS is slightly harder to fit but the fans are a lot larger.
Also the newest GRS is lower so it does not fail the bonnet release catch.
My advise........ How much do you want to spend.
GRS with 2 BIG fans £420
Pace with 2 small fans £550
Matt.
