G reg xr2i airfilter question

Postby LukeGTI on Sun Aug 27, 2006 5:54 pm

as the idle control valve is on the airbox on my CVH ,is there anyway i can take it off and replace it with a pipercross cone,im guessing that this isnt possble as it would muck about with the way the engine runs??

You could change the idle valve for one that goes on the bulk head, Ive also known people to re-route the pipe work.
