Gaz Coilovers - some problems
Hi
Wondering if anyone could help me out on this one.
I have had my Gaz Coilovers in my 3.5 fez for just under a year now, but have come across some probs.
Firstly i get a funny twang noise from the front when parking and occasionally when going round sharp bends. When i recently jacked the front end up and moved from one lock to another i noticed that the top of the strut (the silver plate thing just under the top nut) tried to move.
I have front and rear on the softest damper settings at the mo.
Also the rear end is becoming increasingly uncomfortable. Would this be the bushes?
I have had a look and the bushes are yellow, i don't know if that will tell you what make they are.
Thanks for any advice
Mark

Check EVERYTHING is done up tight at the front, check the lower arms are ok and check to see that the spring is located properly and not slipping out at all.
The yellow bushes may be poly bushes, powerflex or similar since ive not seen yellow ford bushes.

Could the bushes be shot at the rear?
i mean they are just under a year old, how long do they usually last?
Thanks
