Just to put my tuppence in I wouldn't do coilovers at all unless you are going to be using the car predominantly on track. I've always found Koni top adjustables with decent springs to be more than up to everything thrown at them.
I don't even run coilovers on my track car.

Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience

Gaz
I had to decide between the two just over a year ago, and went with Gaz because they have proper customer service, and as far as I know, don't give you any need to require that good customer service, unlike the Avos, which quite often seem to start leaking, then trying to get the issue resolved is a nightmare
Oranoco - I disagree entirely, assuming you mean coilovers are too stiff for road use. Stick on whatever springs you like, play with the damping adjustment and you can make coilovers feel even spongier and softer than standard base model springs if you so wish!
j7aoc - Great point matey, as is the case for many others I'm sure, if I'm getting the Mk3 out, it usually means I'm not going to be doing fuel/tyre-friendly driving

Hey all! Im a newbie to this forum, actually run a fiesta based kit car (still kinda counts!) and wondered where I could get some Gaz coilovers with relatively soft springs to fit a Fiesta SI? Any advice/guidance would be great
