Hi all ive got an mtx box in my garage that will be going onto my zt zetec s,
Ive found a set of cables and the whole shifter box off a 1.8 2003 mondeo, will the shifter box fit on my mk5 fiesta to use the cables to run the mtx box? Or would i be better off going for a set off a focus ect? Cheers

im 99% sure you will have to use the specific cables for that box ? ( if it was a focus rs box you can use either frs,2.0 petrol or 1.8 tdci ones only)

The box was out of a mk1 mondeo it came with the engine

I thought they all would have been the same :/
So if i get the cables and shifter from a mk1 mondeo will the shifter bolt up to the fez?
If not will a different shifter (one that will bolt up to the fez) be compatible with the mondeo cables?
