i remove the 7row mocal oil-cooler and replace it for a bigger 13row cooler.
the place is not the best because i want to keep the original and clean look from my car...

the work never ends, i think...
i make the fez ready for a live-mapping.
at the moment i remount my fueltank and the mongoose exhaust.
in the exhaust i weld in a lambda-connector and in the fueltank i mount the next days a bigger fuelpump than the orig escort cosworth pump.

here some pics from the update, yes a little bit late...

new fuel-pump, the small one is a escort cosworth pump, i used before
then i mount a 3bar map-sensor and some other special parts.
iam hopefully to start the live-mapping in 2 weeks...

its wintertime and iam bored...
bougth a new t3 stage2, airtec front mount ic, some new t3 water feed pipes, hoses and enougth other parts, to start my t3 conversion...
i mount the t3 and fit the exhaust system

at the last days i mount the chargepipes and fit the oilcooler...
and ive swapped the old heater tank, now it looks better then with the old one...

i like the postion of the oil cooler, its norm dead space there once you go T3.
i would put a shield of some form behind it though, as some water and dirt can make its way up there from there wheel

my project will stop at the moment.
the brand new charger passed oil at the middle part and needs a check...
i had bored and make some cosmetics...
i changed the genuine bolts from the popouts with alloy bolts.
after this change i sprayed the rear brake discs, looks a lot better...

i bought some other parts.
some silicone waterhoses (big thanks to steve "rs220bhp") and a innovate wideband controller for the dta-management conversion.
after some trouble with my first new charger i bougth another new turbo and hope it runs better then the first one...
yes, its a turbotechnics charger
i wrapped the exhaust manifold and the exhaust elbow, my water temps are better then without the wrapping.
