good spec for 300-370 (ZT)
this is what am planning on using?
JE PISTONS
EAGLE RODS
FOCUS RS HEAD GASKET
OBX STG2 CAMS/PULLEYS
arp bolts/nuts top to bottom
ian howells valve springs
OBX MANIFOLD
T34
CUSTOM INLET/COSSIE T/B
GREEN INJECTERS
L6
thats it, let me know what needs changing or removing?

bin the obx cams and obx manifold and the green injectors and fit some astra vxr injectors cheap about £90 new for a full set and there 480cc,:D use the standard cams and one of my manifolds all prover to over 350hp.
the rest looks fine you will also need to cc the engine because when i bought that rod piston package it was ment to be 9-1 but was 10-3cr

im still on the single ones but they have a 3mm shim under them

only if its a silvertop engine, if its a blacktop keep the standard camsExcursion :2.0 inlet, 1.6 exhaust.
