as above whats the next step to get the power needed it's running 1 bar with the following mods

chip ( unknown which one )
piper cam
air filter
mongoose zaust from front pipe (custom front pipe)
bleed valve
And a T3..

had it rolling roaded last week and it's got 169.8 bhp at 6520 rpm
and 172.5 ftlb at 3250 rpm

was told that the actuator is'nt holding the boost (orderd a new -31)
and the exhaust front pipe was resticting the turbo (had a custom front pipe made)


what do i need??????

head work and then front mounted intercooler up the boost this will easily see you over 200bhp with slightly more torque

Will I need bigger injectors? are the beige ones the one to go for?

If I've got a 165 chip will this still see me over 200bhp or will I need a 195 chip?

Yes, bigger injectors and a new chip will be required.

get beige injectors and a 195 chip off stu@ msd and a cossie fuel pump you'll easily see 200bhp . i got the same mods as u, plus the beiges,195 chip and cossie fuel pump and im making 200bhp at the bar of boost

how do i find out what chip i've got?

Hopefully there will be some manufacturer markings somewhere on it, you may have to take it out to check all over.

I HAD THE SAME MODS AS U HAVE, BUT WITH BEIGES 195 CHIP ALLOY INTERCOOLER AND RAD, MADE 193, GUTTED IT DIDNT MAKE 200 BOOSTED AT 16PSI PEAKED AT 18. NOW GOT T3 STAGE 2 HYBRID UPRATED CAM, FUEL PUMP AND MANAGEMENT WAITING TO GO ON
