Got my engine now where do i go

thanks to all the replies before but i decided against the 2litre as i found it really hard to get hold of one and i have bought an orion 1.6 8v cvh carb engine geabox and driveshafts but im after some guidance on what to get for it now and what sort of adaptations i would need would iot be easier to buy and escort or orion and swap all the parts over or what ?
