113.4bhp if we're being picky :P

No mechanical difference between the Si and the GTi. The GTi gets posh half leather seats and some additional bumper spats

dont no about the chip but i put a 2 ltr throttle body and a MAF sensor on my 2I last weekend, got 2ltr cams and ECU to go it in aswell and a 4 branch manifold which will hopefully give more power than a £280 chip by itself, i already felt a difference with the thrittle body :)

Does make a difference. It's not Earth shattering but it does improve things. We recently fitted a 115PS throttle body to a 105PS XR2i and there is a deffinate improvemnt to things

On the 1.6Si mate don't bother. I'm afraid that old nail is not a tunable lump and you won't gain anything from adding bits even if you throw a fortune at it.

Sorry fella :(

Sorry fella you mentioned teh 1.6Si so I thought that was what you had. If you have the 1.8 Zetec then get it on there it bolts straight up. You may need to modify the throttle cable bracket a smidge as we did with the 115PS throttle body

On the 115PS TB we took a dremel out to get the mounting hole to line up with the slot and then used a washer on the back of the bolt to hold the bracket
