not 2 sure mate, never had a problem with the bumper melting yet (touch wood) and the boost is peaking at 1.2 bar but the screamer never seems 2 get that hot

Re: My FRST's
My other frst has just been my daily bus until I can find something for winter, so I haven’t done hardly anything 2 it. Although I did manage to get some powerflex bushes sorted 4 her.
Front set £52 never used
Rear set £30 never used (arb bushes fitted minimal use)
The rears will be done soon
She’s done me well, 2 trips to Silverstone and back this year with no problems. Needs a wash tho.

Re: My FRST's
looks gr8, like the screamer pipe pic
the bushs are a gr8 mod, got some rose jonted lower arms coming for mine this winter
did the rear beam bushs a few years ago now and it wasn't good fun, took ages to get 'em out.
very cool RST's keep up the good work

Re: My FRST's
andymcd - Which 1 mate? exhaust manifold i think is a zetec turbo tubular OBX 1 with a cvh flange welded on. The inlet manifold im not 2 sure about, it looks like a 1 off made from alloy, throttle body is on the side and all the iscv, sensors and pipes are hidden on the back
rsonblackwheels - yea, not looking forward 2 fitting the axle bushes . I would of gone for the rose joint arms but couldn’t afford them, i think they would have been a bit 2 harsh for the roads up here aswell

Dave G fsi - Cheers bud, will do
crazycage - Its stopped by the intercooler, i need to move it down more but it already hangs lower than the splitter, at the moment its not noticeable but anymore and it will look crap. Maybe if i swap the splitter for the vr6 style i should be able to man it.
Only current engine pic:

Re: My FRST's
Hi everyone, its been a while since i was last on the site. With the birth of our son Aiden earlier this year put the projects on hold for a while.
don’t worry i don’t drive about with him like this
I have done a little bit to the fiesta since my last update, the main thing being a freshen up on the front end
finally got round to making the bonnet sit right by removing the bonnet catch and tilting the intercooler back so it sits behind the bonnet, got the misses to give the cooler a clean as well. I decided to remove the inner lights on the morrettes as in my opinion its the only way they suit mk3s, i replaced them with some sub ports.
with the morrettes sorted i thought i would carry the theme onto the bumper, i wanted to do something similar to the rs500 grills but this is the closest i got. Also fed up with the laguna splitter i went for the golf one.
Had a bit of a sort out under the bonnet as well just re-routing the pipe work to make it a bit more presentable
got a few pics from a local show we went to
made this badge to cover up a bubble that’s been there since i got the car
Was going to join u all at ford fair but the old turbo finally gave up the same week so had to go down in the diesel 306, was a bit of a blessing though as the money i saved in fuel went on a set of green stripes for the white one
I also had to get with the times and get this
my justification is that it wont rust like the last one, all i need now is the roof and bonnet to match, also on the cards im considering doing a zetec turbo and a change of wheels but we will see.
