rsonblackwheels :hey dude, congrats to you & the misses on the new arrival i was parked next to you on the FT stand at Ford Fair last year, i too am now rocking a screamer pipe out the front bumper check out my thread
really like the new tailgate carbon fiber FTW, freshened up front end looks good too, like the RS500 style grill's. sounds like you've got some big plans too, full on ZT build your going to be busy
this is one of my fav's, keep up the good work mate
Hi there Ash, thanks for the congratulations
yea i was unable to take the turbo to Ford Fair this year but i had a good look around the stand and noticed the screamer pipe car is looking good, took a photo of it while i was there.

H707 DEG - more carbon
Recently moved house 25min away from my cars so progress is slow.
Managed to pick up some carbon fibre arches and sideskirts think they should suit the car, just on with removing the originals that someone has tigersealed on and painted over the top so taking my time as i don’t want 2 pull half the paint off with it.
Will post pic when fitted to car

wow, you have two sweet looking rides there my friend.
as with the other comments, where did you get kit or have you formed it yourself?

cant wait to see the new bits on the car.
ps are they 16" rims you have, and if so how low is it as thats the stance i am looking for as have 300mm breaks that dont fit behind my wheels
keep up the good work

yea mate i remember yours , hopefully i will be on the stand this year
the wheels are 17's with the coilovers as low as i could get them without catching. the spokes only just miss the calliper on the front because of the way they curve in. i would like to go 16" myself with some compomotives or something if the right ones come up

I think your right Luca, it was near Portsmouth were i collected them.
The description was that they were from his mates business for a customer that cancelled the order halfway through
they might be a first attempt of yours as there are a couple of minor imperfections in the resin that im sorting out before fiting

Probably mine then wont be the first attmept as I had those, only the fronts
I had wanted the full kit in time for FordFair and the deadline wasnt met. Then I wasnt happy with the quality of them (front arches I received) carbon was very thin and had been cut very poorly. The finish was not good enough so I then took to be lacquered and they came up ok but still didnt fit perfectly. For that reason I never bothered with the rest of the kit and didnt hear from them again. I believe the lad has closed up shop.
You should not have any issues with them if you have the time to trial fit/trim the kit before you finally have lacquered and bonded on.
Will look fantastic once fitted though mate.

Re: H707 DEG - more carbon
rs1800 dom: from what I can tell they are moulded from a single sheet of carbon. just looked at your thread, looks like a good project you have
jonyb4: yea real, not a wrap
luca: I know what you mean about them being thin and needing laquer, all the kit still had it's bits on from the moulding process apart from the front arches, yea mate will be taking my time as don't want 2 make a mess of it

Thanks for all the replies
davemartin: don't know of the maker as never dealt with them directly, luca is the man to ask
FRSJON: I was thinking of cutting a little slit on the recess of the splitter for the strap to poke through, I recon it would contrast nicely on a white car

Its not 2 bad to do, just plenty of screws and a bit of cutting in the middle, there is a bit of info here: fiesta-rs-rs1800-front-splitter-options-vt171850/?hilit=%20vr6%20splitter
