Handling!
Ok took my car out on the track at Silverstone @ fordfair and my car rolled more that stoner in a amsterdam cafe!
Ok so heres my plan:
1) Ditch the 14" Standard 2i Alloys for some 15x6.5" ones shod with 195/45/15 (or 40's) rubber.
Im going for 15's simply for praticallity. I dont wanna have to spend shed loads on tyres for 17's and from what i head the car should handle better on 15's.
2) Ditch the gmax shock/spring setup for some Koni adjustables and some decent springs. The car will have to be used every day so I will wind the shocks to there softest setting for road use.
Only need a 25 - 30m drop i sohuld think
3) Front ARB - Im honestly not to sure on this one - Anyone have any ideas?
4) Rear Bean and ARB - Zetec S Rear beam or Get the 2i one strengthend and lose the ARB.
5) Front and rear strut braces -
What are your views on the above 5 points.

Hi,
Standard 2i alloy wheels are 13", ain't they? But yes go for 15" they should be good... although they made my non-PAS car difficult to park! (more force required to steer)
I got Koni kit, it seems to be alright.
I personally don't believe in ARB and strutbraces, I think they are more like "accessories", even though I've got them on my car. But Fiesta is quite filmsy they might help a bit.
Have you considered polyurethane bushes? I am not sure if they are better than OE bushes or not. I never tried them but intend to. I don't know if they are a common myth, (like some people actually believe grooved/drilled brake discs make the car brake harder, or a backbox would add 5bhp) or they really stiff up the suspension?

4.) Had a friend who welded another bar onto his front and rear ARB's to strengthen them which worked a treat - almost no body roll what so eva!
Looking at the front ARB from under my car, must have been a mission getting another bar in there!!!!
I mite have a go at doing this.....
