Hcs to 1.6 zetec E-DIS question

Probebly been asked befor but am i gunna run into problems when i do the conversion since the E-DIS in in the ecu and it external on the hcs.

You'll have to use the 1.6 Si engine loom to run the 1.6 Zetec properly (assuming we're talking about a 1.6 Si Zetec engine?), therefore the HCS engine loom (and the E-DIS unit with it) will be redundant :)
