Head skimming, how much???

In process of rebuilding an engine for my fiesta si 2.0 conversion and I want to know how much I can get away with skimming the head.

anybody?

My mate did mine i paid £35 but most time's around £50 and it's best to tak of as little as poss as will higher your compression wich is very bad :aaah:

Think you have the wrong end of the stick, its normally aspirated and I want to skim the head to higher the compression ratio but I want to know how much i can get away with without valve to piston contact, now thats bad!!!
