Header tank (new) & cap hissing

I fitted I new header tank & coolant hoses & have noticed that after a drive their is hissing from the tank.

Any ideas?

I've plenty of coolant in the system & the temp guage is not even getting to the letter "M"

Duff cap ? They do just randomly pack in.
