HELP! 1.8 zetec shattered cam pulley!

I can get a complete 1.8 130ps Zetec engine cheap, but one of the cam pulleys has shattered :( I assume this will have bent valves etc, how hard will it be to fix? Could I just change the head for another 1.8/2.0 one? Or could I put new cams lifters and valves in? What would be best?

If you need any bits mate look at my post in the for sale section. I have the Pulleys and an 1800 head altough it isn't the 130 item. Anyone know if they're the same or not?

AFAIK the head is the same but the cam in the 130ps is hotter
