Postby richlal on Wed Nov 28, 2007 7:15 pm

Ive got a vibe sub and amp, went to wire it all up today, and i get power to the amp(the light comes on)
but i get no sound out of the sub, i tried different speakers and subs but nothing out of the amp.
any ideas what this is.
and how to get around it?

not to worry, it was te RCA cables busted. the wire that connects the sub to the amp, any paticular wire?
thicker the better the sound?
or any wire do the job

Thicker wire is better, as there's less resistance, however i doub't the cable will be very long if it's just goin from and amp to a sub so no need for overkill.

As long as it's OFC copper, it should do the trick.
