i'm tryin to make my mind up between an erst and a frst

so i've found out now thta i can have an erst with 16's and a 40mm drop and still carry me and 3 ppl with no rubbin and fit the bigger brakes off an st170 on it

so wot i want to know is wot wheel size and drop is a good compromise to get me and 3 ppl in the festa and wot bigger brakes to fit ? and also wot do ppl do to fit a lsd in to the frst do u use the erst box wi diff?
