Looking for help rust proofing my mk3 fiesta. I've used five cans of dinitrol cavity wax so far and haven't got to undersealing it yet. If anyone has any suggestions for areas to inject into please let me know. I've done everywhere apart from the floor inside the car doors rear quarters cavities in the boot bonnet inner wings and boot lid. Just need to floor pan and the arches and the sills were loaded till the point it dropped out.

The sunroof if you have one drains into the middle of sills. Need to extend the pipe out of the sill area. Behind the front s**t shields is another place to underseal because somehow they rot there. Basically MK3's rot like nothing I have see before so I would check everything.

Funnily enough it's being welded behind one of the front shields next week it was the only rust I found but it was a good sized hole. To extend the pipe would the sill have to be split open and replaced ?

The sunroof drain pipe's are a hardish rubber, iirc there are 4 of em, two run down the a pillar's and drain at base of sill, the other2 run down the b pillar into rear of sill...tug idea

To get at them you need to take roof lining down, then pull em off at sunroof and pull em out...
Simply find pipe that longer till it hangs through the sill holes about half inch, hose pipe fits well, and being green ties in with my frst strips
