help smokey jo, need diagnosis please

check out my car. this was taken today and has been like this for a week or so.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=p ... IzwtaTDvMI

i can tell you that it is leaking oil from the rocker cover as far as i can make out.

i need to know what this is, guess that is it burning oil as it sticks of oil when smoking.

only smokes when the car has been sitting for a few hours and as you can see smokes once warm and goes away after 3-4 mins.

please help.

my guess is either valve stem seals or turbo seals

As above stem seals or turbo oil seals mate, have someone follow you and if its the turbo seals you will notice the smoke when you let off the throttle. If its only smoking on first start up then stem seals
