help!!!
right then,
when my cars running and the engine is cold it runs perfectly and ticks over at 1000rpm..
when it gets hot (after about 15mins) the revs drop to about 500 and then generally runs very lumpy and stalls all the time!!
has any one got any ideas to what the problem could be???
any info/help is appreciated..

hi m8, if the cars chipped make sure its in the ECU properly, if its not you will get a problem like this, i put a chip in mine, and in the instructions it said put gaffer tape over the chip to hold it in, i didn't cos i thought it would be okay, of course im washing the car with it running and noticed it started to run lumpy, then 5 mins later it cut out, looked under the dash and the chip had fell out. Of course this only applies if its chipped.

Have a compression test done - you may find ure hg is gone (note you don't always get mayo).
After that, check your leads for breakdown under heat.
Defo check how clean ure iscv is inside.
Sounds more like a sensor failure to me though - maybe one of the ECU's temp sensors?
