Help with Injectors and Fuel Pump please
Can anyone help?
Need a few items for the Fiesta, still running the 1900cvh in at the moment but hope to get its setup and mapped within the next month. Before I do so I have a shopping list of bits to get:
- Cossie (or similar) fuel pump - Seem a few on Ebay for around £80, how cheap can you buy these new and where from?
- Also need some new injectors, beige if possible. Wheres the best place to source these - Ebay or brand new from Bosch?
Thanks in advance. Rusey

£80 is about the right price for a cossie fuel pump, you may be able to find one for a few quid cheaper.. but im not sure where from..
Beiges, always poping up on ebay, look to pay maximum of about 100.. you can usually pick them up for about 60

You will need a escort fuel pump as there look 100% the same as the frst one so it's an easy fit As for the injectors it's not good to run 701's on a 1.9 best of having a chat with http://www.grovegarage.com/?page=services They will map you a chip and send it to you then live map your car when you take it in there but Bosch injectors are no good for what they map you car for but they will tell you this if you give them a bell

It depends on what bhp you're looking for...
Beiges can suply juice up to 220bhp or so.
Std escort cossie fuel pump is up to 300bhp or so...
For the price of the pump, go right away for a escort cossie Grp A in-tank fuel pump. Sytec and walbro have this pump and proven to be able to suply fuel up to 500bhp or so.
