HELP WITH 'MICROSCAN' CENTRAL LOCKING......

im fed up with lookin out for a Si or XR2i at a breakers so that i can have the c/l. So im gonna get a `MicroScan` c/l kit asap.

Has any1 used one of these? my m8 fitted one to his `L` reg 106 and it works fookin spankin :rolleyes:

Correct me if im wrong....

I looked @ one of these kits and in the small print @ the botton of the leaflet im sure it said not suitable for the fiesta.

Can't remember the reason.

was just about to say charlie (the bruster) managed to get it to fit ok!! but his packed up the otehr night at brum....
theres a guid he did somewhere.. i'll find teh addresss :smile:

nope it fits ok, its not even that hard to fit!!!!!! and its the alarm/interfact that packed up on mine, NOT the C/L installation! email me/phone me if you get stuck fitting it!

OK had it in about a year now only time the instilation went wrong was when the "bonding" in the lock mechanism went wrong, so I welded it and its been purrrrfect since! (till the whatever it was packed up. i'm still thinking its the actual alarm!) :grin:

Bought this for my car, asked my Ford garage to fit it. They couldn't, so I had to pay for fitting neway (£130ish), and luckily Demon Tweeks took the kit back.
Then I found out that it could be fitted. :mad: :mad:
Ah well, that happened over a yr ago now, and I have proper Ford c/l now!!
